Aviation Mechanic/Electronics Engineer
I retired on the 27th of April, 2010. I am now in the process of completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering. I am a full time student at ECPI technical college of Newport News. I currently have a 3.8 GPA and am very thankful for the Post 9/11 GI Bill for footing the bill. I absolutely loved my career in the United States Army! I began as an E-2 and promoted to E-7 in seven years. Uncle Sam was very good to me and I have nothing but good things to say about the US ARMY. I had actually been accepted to the Warrant Officer Candidate School just before getting out as a 151A, which is an Aviation Maintenance Officer. I had completed two aviation skills during my career. The first MOS was 15F which is an aircraft electrician. The second MOS is 15D which is an aircraft powertrain repairer with an addition skill identifier of N2. N2 stands for Non Destructive Inspections. God obviously has other plans for me. I love maintenance of all sorts and have decided to go with "electronics" because technology amazes me and I enjoy working with electricity. My family and I have decided to settle in the Hampton Roads area and are currently looking for a home to purchase.
I built this electronic portfolio in a few weeks with two hours of instruction from Mr. Sullivan of ECPI. I have a total of $49.50 invested in this site with nothing due for 12 months. This site is nothing more than hyper text markup language written on Microsoft Office Notepad and pictures from my pictures folder. Technology is so cool!
I will always bleed Green!
